Hutto Parks and Recreation has 4 community parks and 1 splash pad available to the public plus 1 new park property being planned. Our parks serve as host sites for several events and programs ran by the Parks and Recreation Department.

Hutto Park at Brushy Creek

In early 2018, Hutto acquired this property and in the spring of 2018, began making it into a park. This expansive, beautiful park is set along the banks of Brushy Creek, was home to Hutto's 1st July 4th Celebration and will be the home of many future community events!  Read more about the park  here. The 2018 KOKEFest will be held at the park on  August 10 and 11. You can purchase tickets to the two day Red Dirt music festival here

Fritz Park (400 Park Street) 
Fritz Park has been one of  the central parks of Hutto for many years100_6279_thumb and is the home of the Parks and Recreation office. Holstrom Field and the Old Hippo Stadium, which have undergone a complete re-design, also  call Fritz Park home. It also hosts part of the trail system of Hutto connecting under Highway 79 to Creekside Park.

Hutto Lake Park (805 Estate Drive)
DSC_0544A scenic park nestled near the Lakeside Estates subdivision. Hutto Lake park has beautiful walking trails and a scenic lake that includes catch and release fishing and more. It's a little piece of nature in our own backyard.

Creekside Park (305 Orchard Way)008_thumb
Creekside park is the connected park to Fritz Park as part of the cities trail system. The trail and the park follows an off shoot from Brushy Creek. It provides great park access to several surrounding neighborhoods.

Country Estates Park (514 S. Pauley Drive)

Don't let the size of this park fool you, it is home to one of the largest National Night Out  Hutto community events! Whether it's a game of pick up or some time on the playground, visit Country Estates Park for some great outdoor time.

Glenwood Splash Pad (101 Fishbaugh Lane)

IMG00675-20110805-1125- 25pctLocated in the Glenwood subdivision, the Glenwood Splash Pad is Hutto's little place to stay cool during those hot summer days. The splash pad is open (weather permitting) from the end of April through mid October, 7 days a week from 10am-8pm. The splash pad is also available to rent during operating season.
