NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING             The public is hereby notified that, Helen Ramirez, the Assistant City Manager for the City of Hutto, Texas, will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the Hutto City Hall, 401 W. Front St., Hutto, Texas 78634, to consider approving of a tax exempt financing in the maximum principal amount of $10,000,000 to finance a project to be owned by Peripheral Investments, LP.  The project will consist of the purchase of real property and construction of an approximately 100,000 square-foot manufacturing facility to provide precision machining and sheet metal fabrication to be located on approximately 8.793 acres located near the northwest corner of Titan Innovation Industrial Park, U.S. HWY 79 and S.H. 130, more specifically located at 1050 New Technology Blvd., Building #3, Hutto, Texas 78634.  The owner of the project will be Peripheral Investments, LP.  The operator of the project will be Paradigm Metals, Inc.  THIS DEBT IS NOT A DEBT OF THE CITY OF HUTTO, TEXAS AND NO PUBLIC FUNDS ARE INVOLVED IN THIS FINANCING.  ADDITIONALLY, NO SALES TAX COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF HUTTO, TEXAS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HUTTO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, TYPE B, ARE INVOLVED IN THIS FINANCING.  Persons having questions regarding this hearing may submit the same to the following person prior to the date of the hearing: Lisa Brown, City Secretary, City of Hutto, Texas, 401 W. The public is hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Hutto, Texas will hold a public hearing on January 17, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hutto City Hall, 401 W. Front St., Hutto, Texas 78634, to consider approving a tax-exempt financing in the maximum principal amount of $10,000,000 to finance a project to be owned by Peripheral Investments, LP.  The project will be a precision machining and sheet metal fabrication plant and related storage and office facility of approximately 100,000 square feet in size.  The project will be located on approximately 8.793 acres located at the northwest corner of Titan Innovation Industrial Park, Hutto, Texas 78634.  Titan Innovation Industrial Park is a new development located at northeast corner of U.S. HWY 79 and S.H. 130, Hutto, Texas.  The owner of the project will be Peripheral Investments, LP.  The operator of the project will be Paradigm Metals, Inc.  THE DEBT ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROJECT WILL NOT BE A DEBT OF THE CITY OF HUTTO, TEXAS AND NO PUBLIC FUNDS ARE INVOLVED IN THIS FINANCING. ADDITIONALLY, NO SALES TAXES COLLECTED BY THE CITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HUTTO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, TYPE B ARE INVOLVED IN THIS FINANCING. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS THAT THE HUTTO CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING:  The proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning ordinance amendment request for the property known as the Hutto Crossing Planned Unit Development (PUD), 465 acres, more or less, of land, located at the southwest corner of Chris Kelley Boulevard and US 79 West.  A public hearing will be held on April 18, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Hutto City Hall, 500 W. The proposed voluntary annexation request and establishing base zoning as SF-1 (single family residential) zoning district, for the property known as the HISD (Hutto Independent School District) Tracts, 165.0 acres, more or less, of land, located on FM 1660 North.  A public hearing will be held on April 18, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Hutto City Hall, 500 W. The proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning ordinance amendment request for the property known as the Co-Op District Planned Unit Development (PUD), 35.1021 acres, more or less, of land, located on US 79 West and Co Op Boulevard.  A public hearing will be held on May 7, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Hutto City Hall, 500 W.
