Fall 2014 is here! Our staff is preparing for our programs and Annual Special Events. Our Library will continues Story Time for pre-schoolers every Thursday at 10:30 am.  Join us for an hour of stories, songs, finger plays and crafts presented by Ms. Lisa! You can reach Yasmeen Jehangir and her Library crew at 512-759-4008.

For more information regarding recreation programs (Youth Basketball) and special events (Stampede 5K Fun Run, Treats on East Street, Breakfast with Santa), please contact Lacey Dingman at 512-759-4000.

Before you know it the holidays will be here. Our  dedicated park maintenance crew, lead by Anthony Valchar is gearing up for all our parks' visitors during our the seasonal special events. These four guys help keep Hutto’s 180+ acres of city park land ready for your next visit.

Have a wedding, family reunion or birthday party to plan? Do not forget that we also provide three different pavilions and an additional property, the Saul House, which is available to reserve for your next family or company gathering. Contact Sloane Deabay for more info.

So, what do you do in your leisure time? Please take a few moments and visit our web pages, find an activity in which you would like to participate and get active. Whether it’s attending a special event, visiting the library for story time or taking a walk on our nearly five miles of trail, I am confident that we offer something that will get you active.

No excuses, there is no better time in Hutto to “Get Busy, Stay Active and Live Healthy!”

Yours in Service,
