Lost Pets

Hutto Animal Control works hard to reunite lost pets with their owners.  All animals are scanned for a microchip. If the pet does have a microchip with current contact information, owners are contacted immediately. If an animal does not have a microchip, our team reaches out to several Hutto area pet forums via Social Media. Pictures and contact information are posted within minutes of pick-up.

If an owner cannot be reached, lost pets will be brought to the Williamson County Animal Shelter. Stray animals are held for 72 hours after their arrival. Identified animals are held for 5 days. To visit the Lost & Found Forum, please click here.

Bee Romoval
Bees, wasps, and hornets are most abundant in the warmer months. Nests and hives may be found in trees, under roof eaves, or on equipment such as ladders. Some insects have even been found in the walls of homes. At this time, Hutto Animal Control does not remove bees or hives. Professional honeybee removal and rescue experts can help transfer bees to an environment that they will thrive in.  Here is a list of bee keepers who service our area.
