City and BryComm Announce Groundbreaking for Tech Company’s Headquarters in Innovation Business Park

The City of Hutto and Titan Development are pleased to announce the groundbreaking for BryComm, LLC headquarters at Innovation Business Park. This move represents the ongoing commitment by city leaders and business entities to foster the growth of the city.

“BryComm plans to build a 30,000-square-foot building to serve as their headquarters and warehouse space, invest more than $4 million in the facility, grow to 200 jobs within five years and bring more than $1 million in net revenue to the City," said City Manager Odis Jones.

Initially, BryComm plans to employ 110 people, reaching 200 employees within five years. This sustained growth positions BryComm well for future operations, as the company has expanded from its original five employees to more than 100 today and was twice recognized in Austin Business Journal’s Fast 50 (#10 in 2015 and #2 in 2016) as well as ranked 980 in the 2016 Inc. 5000 list.

“We were so excited that a fast-growing company like BryComm chose Hutto’s Innovation Business Park for their new home,” said Titan Development’s Kevin Reid. “It speaks to the many benefits Hutto offers to businesses looking to open or expand in the Austin-metro area.”

BryComm is a technology infrastructure provider with unparalleled experience in the design, installation and maintenance of data and fiber optics for inside and outside plant infrastructures, security technologies and audio/visual systems.

"We're growing, and we needed a place that would let us settle in now, and then accommodate us as we continue to expand," said Cory Brymer, CEO and founder of BryComm. "Ultimately, Hutto provided the type of facility we needed with a great relationship with the City, and we're looking forward to our continued partnership."

"This is really exciting growth for Hutto," said Mayor Doug Gaul. "The City Council and I have always said that we want to bring businesses in that will create jobs right here at home, and I think BryComm is a great example of that."

Innovation Business Park, a 72-acre business park that will be home to approximately 800,000 square feet of space at complete buildout, broke ground in November 2017 and began the first phase of construction with 150,000 square feet of business spec space for one to four tenants.

“Hutto has a small-town feel with big-town opportunities and is quickly building its economic capacity with a strong business, retail and residential base within the greater Austin marketplace,” Jones said. “We welcome BryComm, Paradigm, AEND, JRS, The Co-Op District, and all the businesses that are choosing to invest in our community."
