Limited to 36 people (room capacity).
Parent/Guardian MUST stay with child for the duration of the Story Time.
Looking for a fun and social activity for your homeschool kiddos?
Bring them to the Library for our monthly homeschool meet up on the third Thursday of each month from 2 – 3:30! Children ages 12 and under will meet other kids their age and work together to complete a STEM challenge. Please arrive on time as the STEM challenge will start promptly at 2:00.
Learn the difference between a physical change and a chemical change at this fun event for homeschooled children and their caregivers. This month we’ll be doing the classic baking soda and vinegar reaction and talking about physical and chemical changes as well as the difference between “endothermic” and “exothermic”.
Caregivers will have a chance to meet and chat with other members of the Hutto area homeschooling community while kids do some hands-on learning. Caregivers must be present for the duration of the event.
