Hutto Citizens University

The City of Hutto is thrilled to re-introduce Hutto Citizens University (HCU). After an extended hiatus, staff is eager to connect with residents and teach them about the processes and structure within our city government. The City of Hutto will be hosting a 9-week free program to integrate residents into their community and facilitate a more in-depth understanding of how municipal government functions and how communities are developed. The program offers a series of interactive presentations, tours, and demonstrations by various city departments, giving participants a behind-the-scenes look at City government.

The 2023 session will begin on May 2, and run until our acknowledgement ceremony on July 6. HCU will be held every Tuesday evening from 6 PM to 8 PM.
