The City of Hutto will open a warming center from 8 pm Monday, Jan. 15, until 10 am Tuesday, Jan. 16, located at Hutto City Hall: 500 West Live Oak Street, Hutto TX 78634. This is open to anyone in the Hutto area.
(Also, City Hall and the Library will not open to the general public for normal business until 10 am on Tuesday, Jan. 16.)
Here's what you need to know about the City Hall warming center:
- A meal and blanket will be provided.
- Pets in crates are welcome.
- Limited charging is available for computers/mobile devices.
- The facility is ADA-compliant.
- The facility is climate-controlled.
The Hutto City Hall warming center will be supervised by Hutto emergency management staff, as well as volunteers from Hutto and the American Red Cross and further support from Hutto ISD.
